How does Raddiesse work?
Radiesse is a unique dermal filler that promotes natural collagen formation and delivers long-lasting results. Its gel-matrix composition, enriched with fine calcium phosphate microspheres, works harmoniously with your body’s collagen production.
Once injected, the gel matrix provides immediate volume and correction to targeted areas, effectively addressing wrinkles, folds, and contour deficiencies. Over time, the gel is naturally metabolized by the body, typically within 3 months.
What sets Radiesse apart is its ability to stimulate the production of your body’s collagen. The calcium phosphate microspheres act as catalysts, synthesizing new collagen fibers. This collagen-building process continues even after the gel is absorbed, resulting in a rejuvenated appearance lasting up to 12 months for most patients.

Arriving at this step of your journey, you have met our medical team and received all the information. All preparations have been done and it is finally time for the treatment. We understand that this is a milestone for many, and we do our utmost to make this as comfortable as possible. Our team will personally guide and assist you until the time of the operation.
We offer very comprehensive care. Depending on the treatment you have received, we will help you with the necessary compression suits, lymphatic drainage massages and scar reduction treatments.

Many patients resume their daily activities immediately after treatment. However, follow the advice of your treating doctor about this.
You may feel mild to moderate burning or pain after an injection. The treated area may even be sensitive for a few days after the treatment.
Swelling and discoloration (redness or bruising) at the injection site is a common side effects of injectables.
Keeping a cold compress on the treated area(s) during the first few hours after treatment will help to minimize the extent and duration of the discoloration and swelling. If the swelling and redness persist for more than 5 days, please contact your treating physician.
