At Essential Aesthetics we offer several options for breast enlargement: lipofilling (with your own fat) and breast enlargement with implants.
Lipofilling uses your own fat, which provides a more subtle and natural enlargement without synthetic materials. An advantage of lipofilling can be that with liposuction excess fat is removed (often from the abdomen, hips, or thighs), which is transferred to the breasts.

Veelgestelde vragen over borstvergroting met eigen vet (lipofilling)
Bij een borstvergroting met lipofilling wordt vet via liposuctie uit gebieden zoals de buik of dijen gehaald, gezuiverd en vervolgens in de borsten geïnjecteerd. Dit zorgt voor een subtiele, natuurlijke vergroting zonder implantaten, waarbij het resultaat zacht en in harmonie met de lichaamseigen contouren blijft. Een deel van het vet kan na verloop van tijd door het lichaam worden afgebroken.
Gemiddeld genomen duurt deze procedure ongeveer 2-3 uur en wordt deze uitgevoerd onder algehele verdoving. Dit geeft de gelegenheid om tegelijkertijd andere zorgpunten aan te pakken, wat het algehele effect van de lipofilling en bilvergroting versterkt.
De resultaten van een borstvergroting met lipofilling zijn deels blijvend. Een deel van het geïnjecteerde vet zal in de eerste maanden door het lichaam worden afgebroken, maar het overgebleven vet dat goed ingroeit, blijft permanent. Over het algemeen stabiliseert het resultaat binnen drie tot zes maanden, en met een gezonde levensstijl kunnen de effecten jaren zichtbaar blijven.
