After earning his degree in Medicine and Surgery from the Second University of Naples, Dr. Piombino achieved top honors in his specialization at the University Bio-Medico Campus of Rome. He further refined his expertise in the United States, studying at some of California’s most prestigious universities.

In 2014, Dr. Piombino advanced his skills in aesthetic plastic surgery at the University of Buenos Aires (Facultad de Medicina – Hospital Interzonal de Agudos Eva Perón) in Argentina. By 2015, he had become a Research Associate at the Department of Plastic and Aesthetic Surgery at the University of California, Irvine, focusing on body contouring for post-bariatric patients.

Dr. Piombino possesses an artistic eye and a visionary approach to plastic surgery. His strong aesthetic sensibility allows him to enhance natural beauty while maintaining a harmonious balance between functionality and aesthetics. This unique combination of artistry and precision is reflected in the outstanding results he achieves, whether in aesthetic medicine or reconstructive surgery.

Now based in Rome, Dr. Piombino dedicated three years to the Bambino Gesù Pediatric Hospital, specializing in pediatric plastic surgery with a focus on craniofacial procedures. He continues to practice in Milan, Rome, and at our clinic in Den Haag, where he collaborates closely with our Dutch medical team. This powerful partnership ensures that our patients receive the highest standard, combining Dr. Piombino’s international expertise with the exceptional skills of our local surgeons.
