Our Care Team will welcome you by telephone and ask the necessary questions to schedule the correct appointment. We are curious about the reason for your visit and why you chose our clinic. We can also ask about your current health, treatment period and any previous operations. This allows us to prepare ourselves well for your arrival. We look forward to receiving you at the clinic!
Your first visit to us is a pre-consultation. This takes place with our consultant, who will guide you through this special journey as best as possible and is mainly there to listen to your needs and concerns. Our consultant will then share her expertise and knowledge while trying to match your wishes with the available range of services and treatments.
The different options, preparations and our care packages will be discussed with you. Our consultant will show you the doctor’s extensive portfolio. You will receive a copy of our patient information guide to take home from the operation to read again at home. We understand that one visit is not enough when it comes to a decision about your body and safety, which is why we encourage a second visit.
The second consultation is with the selected surgeon. We have now also received and processed all data for pre-operative screening. During this consultation, the technical aspects and possible risks of the treatment will be discussed and you will be prepared for the big day!
Arriving at this step of your journey, you have met our medical team and received all the information. All preparations have been done and it is finally time for the treatment. We understand that this is a milestone for many, and we do our utmost to make this as comfortable as possible. Our team will personally guide and assist you until the time of the operation.
We offer very comprehensive care. Depending on the treatment you have received, we will help you with the necessary compression suits, lymphatic drainage massages and scar reduction treatments.
Together we also plan several check-up appointments. During recovery, our team will continuously assist you and monitor your recovery. We can always be reached via an (emergency) telephone number, WhatsApp and email.

BodyTite firms the skin and melts the fat using innovative radiofrequency energy waves. The tissue layers under the skin and the outer skin are heated to a predetermined, desired temperature. The dermis, the deeper part of the skin, is full of collagen, and once it reaches the set temperature, the existing collagen fibers are tightened and contracted. This immediately improves the tightness and contour of the skin. The BodyTite is often used in combination with liposuction for optimal results.
Traditional liposuction tightens the skin by only 10%, and BodyTite tightens the skin by 45%
BodyTite is a versatile body contouring procedure that can target various areas of the body. Some of the most common treatment zones include:
- Abdomen
- Arms
- Chest and breasts
- Inner and outer thighs
- Knees
- Buttocks
Often, only one treatment with the BodyTite is needed to achieve the desired result.
Recovery time after BodyTite can vary from patient to patient, depending on how much fat has been removed, how many areas have been treated, and other factors. Typically, patients can return to work within 5-7 days of BodyTite and resume more strenuous activities after a few weeks. As with traditional liposuction recovery, we recommend wearing compression garments for optimal results.
The results are immediately visible. The best results are visible after 4-6 weeks. Then the swelling has disappeared, and you can see your new figure taking shape. You will see the full effects of BodyTite in the next 12 months.
By maintaining a stable weight through a healthy diet and consistent exercise routine, BodyTite fat removal and skin tightening results can last for many years, if not decades.
Swelling can occur after the treatment, partly due to the local anesthetic fluid that was injected as well as the treatment itself. The swelling can be experienced the first 5-7 days after the BodyTite treatment.
It is also common to feel temporary numbness in the treated areas. This is a short-term response to the heating of the nerves in the skin during the procedure. On rare occasions, this numbness can take a number of months to disappear completely, although most patients are not affected by it.
Experts advise refraining from this treatment if you have one of the following conditions:
- Pacemaker or internal defibrillator
- Superficial metal or other implants in the treatment area, including breast implants.
- Current or history of skin cancer, or current condition of any other type of cancer, or pre-malignant moles.
- Severe concurrent conditions, such as cardiac disorders.
- Pregnancy and nursing.
- Impaired immune system due to immunosuppressive diseases
- Any active condition in the treatment area, such as sores, psoriasis, eczema, and rash.
- History of skin disorders, keloids, abnormal wound healing, and very dry and fragile skin.
- History of bleeding coagulopathies or use of anticoagulants except for low-dose aspirin.
- Isotretinoin (Accutane) within the last 6 months.
